Well, only four games to go and I have my teams at the top two places, but it gets harder from now on, very few transfers left and who will be playing in the last match.
England to scrape through tonight maybe, but I still reckon the final will be between Germany and Spain.

Thank you Redman for keeping us all up to date with the league, it gets tricky now with only four teams remaining, One does hope that some players have used their transfers poorly ;-)

I am rather hoping the Final will be between Germany and Spain. My teams are geared for this eventuality. The worst scenario as far as I am concerned is an Italy v. Portugal final, where, with the lack of transfers, my team would be fairly short of players taking part. Even as it is, there still remains the question of who plays and who performs in the last four games.
It looks like it will be an exciting finish for the Fantasy League.,

I'm in the same situation myself KIDD72, because if Italy win tonight I do not have enough Transfers left in order to take out all the German Players !
I'm too far behind you lot to make an impact at the Top as I'm nearer the Bottom ! duh lol lol

I have no transfers left to shift out the Portuguese, so I'm stuck with them and it all rests on the Germans as I have no Italian players in my team.

Best of luck KIDD72. i am a bit like you and are supporting the Germans (yes, I should hang my head in shame as well)
It looks as though I am in a slightly better situation, althiough going into tonights game with just 3 germans and 1 Italian, I still have two transfers left to increase these numbers for the final, I have, however currently got 4 Spaniards in both my teams.
redman - not to worry - will soon be the Premiership season, and hopefully you will set up another Answerbank League.
rowanwitch - well done - it looks like you have well beaten redman !!!!

Too much reliance on a miracle left me bereft of transfers and an abundance of shirts with 3 lions on them!

The Spaniards & single German I have may afford me a few more points, but it looks as though, "For me, the League is over!"

Because of my reliance on Germany qualifying for the Final I only have 6 Players maximum out of 11 who will play next Sunday.
Never mind, it's been fun.....I only wish someone from AB had won a Cash prize from Sky. If not, then next Seasons AB FF which begins in August !!
