Moldova 0 England 3 at half time.
Good start by England, softish penalty in 3 minutes and never looked back. Should win easily.
If I was depressed by our result I'm even more depressed now. Thought we started quite well but same old story really.
hope the blues get a result at portydown 2morro
Me too; I'm flying over first thing. I doubt it though.

Spain 3 - 0 up on Saudi Arabia early in second half.
Playing in Pontevedra in stadium with 16,500 capacity. Obviously not regarded as an important fixture.
4-2 for Linfield. Poorish start to the game from both teams but, at 1-0, I really didn't see Linfield losing...... until we gave away a late penalty. That led to a truly enthralling last 15-20 minutes with the Blues going 4-1 up before conceding a last minute goal. My visiting Scottish friend enjoyed his day which was nicely rounded off with beers at Woodvale Cricket Club as we watched the sun set behind the Black Mountain. Pity we had to fly back last night?
was wondering if you had stayed to the final whistle or not Duncer--a few ''funny'' results too--the reds n the crues both getting beat
Was pleased with the Reds result as we gained ground. Crues are an enigma.
But Coleraine looking down on yous all (for one week at least :-) )

BTW: re Portadown v Linfield - the managers have a combined total of 41 years in their respective jobs. A British record?
Well done to Ronnie and David. Although I'm not a fan of either team they deserve a lot of respect.
hi Duncer n ich
a poor nite at windsor last nite
It was. My expectations were fairly low for the group, but I really had hoped to win this one. We played quite well, created loads of chances but fell foul of our age old problem, scoring goals. We had seven premier league players (according to the commentators, I couldn't be bothered to count) but we still couldn't win.

ichkeria - very good point indeed, it may well be a record. McFall is the second longest serving current manager after Alex Ferguson. I'm a big fan of your current manager; he was a great player and is, more importantly, a thoroughly nice bloke.
was listening to it on Radio ulster, Dubcer
the ref and linesmen were poor by all accounts
a few of my mates were up at it-havent heard their ''expert analysis'' yet
