Manchester United: Have a much better squad than Arsenal right now, and, with their second leg being at Old Trafford, I (Personally) think they've got a better chance. Fergie knows exactly what Cristiano Ronaldo is all about and will come up with a plan to keep him quiet.
Celtic: Who knows? They gave Barca a shock in the Nou Camp and outplayed them at Celtic Park. Juve are sitting pretty at the top of Serie A (Played 17. Won 13, Drawn 2 and Lost 2). I've only seem them play against Chelsea, but theywere very impressive AND kept their top scorer on the bench that night. If Celtic concede at home then I think they might struggle to overturn the deficit.
Like all the teams, it'll depend on who does what in the transfer window.

Arsenal to go out unless Wenger produces a miracle but, as already pointed out, most top players will be inelligible.
ManUre to exit too, as their defence is too weak, and Jar-Jar Rio makes it weaker, but they do have a fighting chance, especially if RVP hits form.
Celtic palpably did not outplay Barcelona at home, unless 14% constitutes outplaying a team, but they did beat them. Juve, however, are just too good and I expect them to progress.
Spain will reaffirm their position as the strongest league in Europe, with the Germans close behind.

Real Madrid aren't playing their best at moment by their own standards but I do believe that even with Uniteds defensive problems recently (Vidic will have had a few games by then) I think that United have a good chance.
Even though playing for the opposition, Ronnie will surely get a warm welcome back to OT. (until kick-off)
