Thoroughly deserved, 15 would have given him a bit more time for 'therapy and reflection' but hey-ho.
He should count himself extremely fortunate that it's only 10 matches.
I think it's adequate. If he pulls a stunt like that again he should be banned for life.
is that all.

Richly deserved!
It's a shame the club will still be paying him a wage during the ban. I know he has already been fined £300,000 but that is not a great deal of cash to someone on his wage.
Its not enough - He should have been put in the naughty corner to think about what he's done

Do you think Liverpool will appeal?
Not enough. Should be at least half a season's worth, but the precedents are against that sort of ban.
Do you think Liverpool will appeal?

I'd hazard a guess at 'No'. He's become high-profile again for all the wrong reasons and this latest episode detracts from his talent (again).
Dalglish lost his job because of his stance over the last issue (the Yanks were less than impressed) and the negative press worldwide is already bad enough, an appeal would only prolong the bad publicity, IMHO.
It is so annoying when a talented player is really nasty and unlikeable. There have been a few over the years, Cantona comes immediately to mind.
He bit another footballer a couple of years ago - on the shoulder - and left a huge mark.
He'll be hungrier than ever when he comes back.

I liked Cantona, I dare say the bloke he kicked after making dubious remarks about Cantona's mother wasn't keen on him though............
That's something to chew on.
I think he needs to find a new hobby, you know - something to really get his teeth into.

isn't he the footballer who set off fireworks in his own home?
if so, the guy has issues which need addressed.

Im the only one who thinks he should be fired?

Football is a profession (allegedly). I'm damn sure that any other professional would have been sacked from their place of work, and rightly so, had they done this especially considering it's not even his first offence.
