To me easier and more accurate than the sky sports one:

From Sky re greyed out teams
Thank you for your email.
You do not have to accept entrants into your league, you just need to provide the league pin and name to anyone you would like to join the league and they can add their team to the league on the website.
The team names will be greyed out as the manager has set their to a private status so their team cannot be viewed by other entrants.
Kind regards
Sky FF
Hope that helps

Hi rowan,
Thanks for setting up the league, looking forward to the challenge yet again.
I was wondering about the "grey" name of my team (and others) - your last post seems to have explained that now.
Noticed all the old familiar teams in the League, we just carry on from last season, hopefully I will do better this time.
Good luck everybody

rowan - trying to save you the hassle, I emaioled myself & got the following reply -
"...If you log into your team and click on downward arrow on the box which shows your team name, a drop down box will appear with an image of a padlock and an image of a globe.
If you click on the padlock image, your team will be set at a private status. If you click on the globe image, your team will set at a public status and be available to view.
If you have set your team to a 'public' or ‘private’ status then you will not be able to view the team as either public or private status on the league table from under your own log in. The other entrants in the league will be able to view the team at a public status by clicking on the highlighted team name in the league table from their own log in only or if it is at a private status, the team name will be faded out and they will not be able to see it."
My 2 teams are in - good luck to everyone :-)
