Managed to have a quick look at the 'fastest ever selling biography' as a mate had bought it. Fool! It really is just the whining and bleating and self-grandiosing of a bitter and twisted old fool. Slagging off players that brought huge success to Manure, and picking fights with no-marks like Mark Bosnich, Anderson, and suchlike. Why couldn't he let it go? Sad, really. Also, he shys away from revealing the juice on the battle with Magnier and McManus, probably because he lost that one! And be aware, it is written in the style of a diary of a twelve year old.

I bet he wouldn't have the same success if he had the same constraints as most other clubs....money, or lack of it.
carrust did he have a big cheque book at aberdeen

> success with Aberdeen – he broke up the Celtic-Rangers monopoly

Redman - I would only use the photos as toilet paper!
At Aberdeen he had the benefit of oil money that had just start to come into the area, it did'nt do him any good though on the 5/11/80 i enjoyed that night stood on the kop.

Now that reminds me of someone. If only I could think who....
He also says that his son ( now Peterborough manager ) was a good player !.
You're all just jealous!
LOL.
Allegedly the reason he dropped the case against Magnier and McManus is because they sent an A4 envelope containing a photograph of himself and a young 'filly' he might be interested in.

Let's just say the filly wasn't of the four legged variety.
I'd be more worried if it was Elvis (of the four legged variety that is)
