Neil Warnock - New Manager Of Nottingham Forest

I have just found out that Neil Warnock has become the new manager of Nottingham Forest, replacing Billy Davies who had been sacked over the defeat at Derby.

Is Warnock the first football manager to have been manager of both Notts County and Nottingham Forest? I can't think of anyone else who has been manager of both clubs, although I would be pleased to be corrected here.
