i was hoping that Bale or the other ex spurs player played in both games, but it wasn´to be. For the record, spurs beat wigan 9.1 in 2009. but ronaldo copied defoe in scoring 5 goals

There were many who thought Spurs were on for a bagful yesterday against 'The Mighty Clarets'. All the talk was of Harry Kane and the prices on him getting 2 or 3 goals were quite ridiculous. In the end, Kane was almost invisible, Spurs were quite woeful and dragged us down to their level:-). Still, a point's a point in our fight for 17th spot.
