Did you read Stephen-G's link, campbellking? Whilst at Chelsea they were runners-up in the Prem, reached the Champion's League semi-final and got to the FA Cup Final. And that's struggling for results?

Crashed out to Monaco (not the greatest side in the Champions League), lost to Arsenal in the F.A. cup final (albeit to 2 very good goals), and finished second in the Premier League with Russian millions behind the team.

He was called 'Tinkerman' for a reason. A really decent guy (and I hope he does well at Leicester), but he was never top drawer, and in his last season at Chelsea was only a tenant in the managers office, until Roman got his man. Don't forget Ken, Chelsea were runners up in the League, Champions League and League Cup under Avram Grant!!!
