I like Doha. Souq Waqif is really nice for an evening stroll. I had the best ever Persian kebabs there. A lovely evening and no alcohol involved.

The fuss is about the fact that they've been saying for years that you would be able to buy alcoholic drinks at the Qatar World Cup and then a few days before it starts they say you can't.
Why can you drink alcohol at cricket and tennis matches, but not football?
as far as i thought you could get alcohol at football stadiums, is that not the case.
Jo maybe it's the numbers that go to football... millions.
Because cricket and tennis matches aren't held at football grounds?
It's to do with historic thuggery.
