Game Week 8 starts tomorrow & the full schedule looks like this -

Sat 30th - 8 matches, 1st kick-off 12:30
Sun 1st - 1 match, kick-off 14:00
Mon 2nd - 1 match, kick-off 20:00
Tue 3rd - 1 match, kick-off 19:30

You can set your Captains for all upcoming match days in advance or choose them daily before the first kick-off.

A reminder to pay attention to orange & especially red exclamation marks next to players on your pitch & to make any transfers you need or want to. The 2nd link above can be helpful with extra info about injuries & suspensions.

I'll post further reminders & schedules during the coming month.

Morning all - a heads-up that the Premier League is on another International break & the next action will be the start of Game Week 11 on Saturday, 21st October.

Hi L.I.K. with Uniteds' lucky escape on Saturday they need the break, but usually come back playing worse than before they went. That suely is impossible to achieve on this occasion.

Hi Arky - & I thought "Here we go again..." when Burnley sauntered through Chelsea's defence, but they came good in the end.  Once again, I failed to pick the right Captains.  Sigh. 😣

Will you be putting an early table up if you have the time?  Not that I particularly want to look at it... 😭

Seeing you on line  ..  when you say that you failed to pick the right captains again  .. I have never been very sure about choosing captains ... I think you once said pick the most expensive player as the captain  ..why is this?  Thanks.

Hi Moorea - I don't think it was me that said that!  I meant that I manage not to pick the player that has the best game, which is what you want in a Captain (they get double points).

I got 4 & 8 points from my Captains this weekend & had a player on each team that would have netted me 32 points each had I picked them.  As I said up there ^^^, sigh.

Sorry - must have read it somewhere as I went and made a list of the most expensive players in the game!!

I see what you mean - a bit of a hit or a miss?  Thank goodness my brain won't have to struggle with teams this weekend!

Job done, a few needed tweaks and a risky player left in FFScout is saying different to Sky but I'll know about 4:30 if he starts or on the bench before the 5:30 KO although won't be able to change him.
