Let's get this out of the way first. I'm not head over heels in love with this particular 'Epic Odds' bet as i had Sterling to have a shot on target in his last match and he disappointed, hardly leaving his position on the left wing.
Add to that the fact his best days are definitely behind him - double figures in each of his last 5 seasons at City - but he still likes the odd pop at goal and he has scored 5 so far this season. Which, given he is seen more of a provider than goalscorer, isn't too shabby.
So, if you are having a dabble, stake only that which you can easily afford to lose.

Strangely, had he scored, he would have been flagged offside and the goal (and therefore the ) SOT would have been disqualified. Had the 'keeper saved it, however, the offside wouldn't have mattered and the referee would most likely have waved play on. And the SOT woud have stood.
