QUICK!! - I need a few movie quiz questions fast

My sister is trying to compile a pub quiz and is stuck on the movie round. She needs a few movie questions before 9pm tonight!!

Any ideas anyone?

If it helps, the crowd that go to the quiz are quite young (so no real oldies) and they all have phones which they can google on (so the more obscure the better!)

there is a reason quiz questions get removed from other sections.

Joko, I think you might find that there's only one answer because shivvy asked for replies for a quiz at 9pm on the 5th of June. I didn't see this till after 10pm so didn't post.

joko - It was quite simple really.

I asked for a reply before 9pm. I was in a hurry and decided to put the question into film & tv and not quizzes & puzzles - I believe it is my choice where to post a question?

Angbur gave me a question at 9pm which I was able to use and therefore I thanked him/her. At that point it should have been thread over (as gazzawazza suggests) . . . . . until you decided to post. However you didn't even offer a movie question, or post before 9pm, which is all I had asked for.

I don't for a minute believe that you were genuinely "trying to advise etc etc etc" particularly when you post your last entry about "I'll bet it was a great quiz with that one question in it!" It is easy to read a clear note of smugness mixed with a dash of poor sarcasm in your posts and I don't know how people like you can be bothered interrupting other peoples threads in such a way.

Maybe you should only consider posting if you actually have something to offer the thread eg an answer - it is after all called ANSWERBANK.

probably because you now realise that posting a request for questions 15 minutes before the quiz starts is the action of a buffoon.

I didn't check the times as i didn't think anyone would bother to post a question that only gave us 15 minutes to answer

i was trying to point you to where you will find most answers rather than foolishly waiting for answers here - of which you got 1.

Yes, you gave an answer joko - well done. However, the subtle part is that you did not give an answer to the question that I asked!

I have however taken on board all the good advise that you have given me. I now hope that my "sad little mind" will be able to "get a grip" on the complexities of posting questions here and prevent future "actions of a buffoon".
