Green lines on mob screen

When I try to to take a picture with my mobile phone (Samsung E900), green lines appear flickering all over the screen. I have tried changing every single setting on my phone, including brightness, to try and fix it, but nothing has made it even remotely better.

The camera itself is not broken because it records video footage fine. I cannot send my phone back because I moved abroad the day after I got my phone, and it stopped taking pictures a week later, and it's now been three months since it broke, and I don't know anywhere I could get it fixed.
