some little twa*t s went on the rampage last night in my beautiful city of york with spray cans and felt tips . they put their tag ,s over 7 streets including the city walls . I would love to get the scum bags and stick a fuc* ing big red hot poker up their ar* . I hate these people who say "but there only kids" . I personally would love to see the crap beaten out of them. Well it's one way of expressing feelings!! York's a beautiful and historical city, but unfortunately isn't exempt from having the sort of people that ALL towns and cities seem to have these days. Dustypuss's right in that if they catch the culprits, they should be publicly shamed and punished - along with the parents of these oafs, who are obviously too unconcerned about what their children are getting up to, or they condone this sort of thing.

Why not just catch them (are there any CCTVs around?) and make them clean it all up, for however many months it takes? In public and in handcuffs if necessary.
