how do you get an injunction put on someone? a past affair of my husband's just wont stop pestering him, i know it obviously took two at the time and he was just as much to blame but we now want to move on with our lives. we live in the usa now but she emails and phones asking to meet him. would the injunction have to be done in the uk or doesnt it matter where as long as its done?

I had an injunction placed on one of my ex's . I called the local police station and I had an officer turn up and take a statement etc.
In total it took about 2/3 months to sort, the police had to go to my ex's house and get him to sign something to agree to the injunction?

to save time, change your phone number and alter your email addy, that should stop her contact, whilst your hub by keeps the same number and address, she is able to get in touch, if he really wanted her out of his life he would do this

he may sometimes have to go back on business. he has changed/blocked her email and phone number but whats stopping her from getting a different mobile number and also even though they dont have to have contact for work now, she still works for the same company so has access to his works office number and email address.
