Sorry to be a pain Chris. I'm wondering if you can help again, I put a question out on Mon 19/01/09 re emails which you kindly answered, however i'm afraid I am no further forward. I now have the following email accs:-hotmail.com live.co.uk & google mail.com I am still getting pics sent to me which I am unable to forward to my contacts. This is now becoming quite frustrating to me. Can you advise if there is an email acc I can open that will give me the facility to pass messages/pics on or is it not that simple? please help,Ron.

OK, I admit to being confused. If I've been reading your posts correctly, you're reading your mail through the Windows Live Mail client, rather than going via the web. The problem seems to be with that client, rather than with any particular email service. The easiest solution might be to switch to a combination of an alternative email client (e.g. Outlook or Thunderbird).
If you've got Outlook you can configure it to work with a Windows Live Hotmail account:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA10 2218231033.aspx
You can also use Outlook with GMail. Instructions for Outlook 2003 are here:

For Outlook 2007, see here:

If you've not got Outlook, try Thunderbird:
