Say it was decreed by the powers that be, that football clubs could only sign players that were born within their city's boundary, which teams do you think would come out on top, i think the Liverpool clubs would do ok.

Liverpool would certainly have the "nastiest" players to choose from. Rooney, Barton, Gerrard, Nolan etc. For a London team (still trying to think of a goalkeeper), how about??
