Steve
Nobody had been killed at Hillsborough before April 1989 -
The problems at Hillsborough, Heysel, Athens 2007 have all been caused by Liverpool fans without tickets trying to get into grounds that cannot accomodate them all !
When their fellow supporters have been killed or maimed they blame the authorities, police or anyone to ease their conscience !
What was the real attendance of the Athens final 2007 ? Didnt Liverpool fans learn from Hillsborough ? No they blamed UEFA, Greek stewards and police.
Yes I realise Hillsborough was a tragic occurance and at the time I was affected deeply by it, but then realised what caused it.
You bribed a steward - your conscience is clear, then isn't it ?Then when you had a legal ticket the police are to blame !!!!
I have been to Wembley many times but the games I attend supporters respect the ticket allocation !
