Administrators are hovering about, and as you say they are not accepting any new Accounts. ESPN could step in and buy the Football rights, but it would not affect the Premier league as much as it would Scottish Football. I think it is Disney who own ESPN but there are other Sports involved as well. Sky or ITV could step in but if one Broadcaster has a monopoly then they could well become dictatorial regarding Subscriber Fees. We have to pay to watch just about everything these days and it is not cheap.
