To get back to the OP, as of Monday evening, it still seems to be streamed only. There are some links for possibles given on Twitter http://search.twitter...h?q=tv+france+ireland

What a ***-up by SKY and all other channels in England by not showing such an important game over here.

Apparently it now will be shown:

"This morning [Nov 17] RTE and Sky Sport finally signed a deal with the FFF to show tomorrow’s game from Paris. Blackout avoided, and a nation can relax (slightly)"

p.s. and that article says that it was the French who were playing silly beggars, so Sky etc. were not to blame.
