Is Wenger deluded?

Apparently Arsenal morally won the game against Chelsea and, it seems, last night that the result was again flawed! So much so that he refused to shake hands with Hughes!Remember last years moan when they lost to Stoke, "they played too hard!"! Really? how long will the Arsenal faithful endure Wenger's embarrassing excuses?

speakin as an Arsenal fan, I dont know what hes playing at...I used to have a very high opinion of him but not anymore. Spend some money, buy some decent players, dont rely on the boys.

Sounds to me just like the majority of Football Managers with the excuses and inability to admit they got it wrong or were just beaten fair and square. Im an Arsenal fan and have faith in him and he is without a doubt an excellent manager but he does need to spend some money which he keeps being offered to strengthen the squad.
Lets also not forget that he is French so he will be a little odd!
