Is it true he has put himself forward to be the next manager??
I'd love it if he did and he got it.

I hope his managing is better than his golf...

Not sure if this is the case supersuezy ! He is helping the Managing Director Christian Purslow find a new Manager. Not too sure if he can come back as Manager once again though.......
It would be like the Keegan Newcastle thing, too heavy a weight of expectation , It is a terrible thing for mankind when gods prove fallible

Just something my mam said Red, that he was on the selection panel and she said he put himself forward because he thought he'd do a better job than those who were already put forward for the job...She asked me to check it out on here..

I tend to agree rowanwitch, as good as he was as a Player it may not work coming back 2nd time around......
I don't think even Kenny Dalglish could turn Liverpool around, the way things are at the moment, supersuezy. The club needs a huge clear-out, and dare I say, a Russian oligarch with mountains of cash to waste. Honestly, Liverpool are in the mire IMO.
Bet Everton and Man.Utd. fans will be ecstatic after the mess he made at Newcastle.
big mistake ..... the club should look forward, not backward ... too much expectation.
Stories in the press today say Dalglish wants to put his name forward to be manager

As the old saying goes "you should never go back" (Keegan was not successful 2nd time round as Newcastle boss)

I think it would be a big mistake by Liverpool if they gave him the job - he's been out of the management game far too long

He was very successful as Liverpool manager but that was because he had a very good team at the time - the current Liverpool team is poor in comparison

I think whoever takes over as manager has a very difficult task to make them great again - it could take years (if it ever happens at all)
Kenny Dalglish! You're having a laugh!!

Did you see his "motivational speech" during the SoccerAid game the other night? His general demeanour is shocking.

Not a chance!
Hell no let's go for Souness and roll over and die
