injunction
if you want someone to keep away from you ie you are are a married couple, and you get an injunction out against them, do both parties of the couple have to sign to say this is what they want or can just one person give permission that the person doesnt make contact with either of them. my sister and her husband are having problems with a past ex who wont leave him. he says just to leave it but my sister really wants to go and see a solicitor about it.
