Are we going to turn the tables on Germany this time and put the Penalty woes of the past to rest.
They have a very good young side but England have more experience, but we need to be on top form if we are going to pull it off. No more Penalty woes please so lets beat them fair and square in 90 mins.

It should be a competitive match, and there's no reason for considering England to be in with any less of a chance than the Germans..

England played quite well yesterday but we need to up the gears and be more clinical in front of goal. Looking forward to it on Sunday.

Its a shame we didnt score one more goal against Slovenia then we woud be playing Ghana and would have had an easier route to the final.

Dot its the types of comments you have continually made on here which alienates people.
You dive down peoples throats for having an opinion.
You had a go at me last night saying I was anti World Cup - didnt get a reply when I asked why you reached that conclusion.(which was again a rubbish comment).
Why cant people on here not just discuss the football-its not just exclusive to people who have a team in it.
Take redmans comments just for an example -keeps to the matter in hand and is always polite and knowledgable.

I've made my point.
redman -I said before the match that they seemed to have had a kick up the backside and did play with a bit of passion.I think its down to fitness and stamina for every team now.Hope Fabio gets his tactics right as the Germans can be tricky customers and play more as a team than England have so far.Maybe as the tournament progresses they will gel more-there was certainly more teamwork yesterday.

I really hope we can beat the Germans on Sunday afternoon. I think we have a great chance too!, if you get at the Germans a bit and defend well, it can be done. Serbia did it!

We have a side capable of going far in this competition, it just needs to click, there were several glimpses yesterday that we clicked as a team.

if I am being honest, I realise that England probably won't win the World Cup but it's sure fun to cheer them on and get excited while they are still in it. Come on lads!
