With over a 1/3 of the Season gone already how is everyone doing so far ?
X-Ray is running away with it at present with 533 pts whilst I am languishing in 23rd with only 310 pts !
My other half Rowan is miles ahead of me in 15th with 363 pts !
It would be nice if one of us could win one of the Monthly Prizes on offer, or better still win the Comp outright !

Berbatov, is a enigma to himself (lazy, @rsed git most of the time) I drop him (from ff) and he pulls his finger out. grrr

Hi everybody.
Have been away for a few days and have just noticed we've got our sticky back (thanks ed)
Well I didn't do so well over the weekend, dropped to 20th place in the weekly score sheet - but still retained the overall leadership, albeit by a lesser margin.
I think that bibble and les are the most likely to topple me , although the benchloeryan/ryanchloeben teams are also a threat. (hope I've spelt those names right).
Looking forward to next weekends matches - will have some more transfers to use being another month. Good luck everyone......catch me if you can !!!!!!

I had an equally bad weekend because you're still 50 points ahead of me. It's tempting to use all of the upcoming monthly transfers by this weekend.

I didnt even check -go you ..............as i sneak of and take a peek at his team:)
I had a great result apart from having Fabregas in as well as being my captain (didnt know he was out for 2wks -dagnabbit) -thought we were meant to look out for each other -*evil smile* lol.
Im binning Drogbha -he's peaked and Cech hasnt been much cop either -im sniffng Bolton and WBA although I shuldnt be giving my team tactics away so freely :)

Yes, I am thinking of ditching Drogba (he's my captain) - have had him since the beginning, but he is failing to score now. Who do I replace him with though, that is the problem. Too late for Berbatov (he wont score 5 again will he) Rooney, I never know whether he will perform or not (has only scored once I think) My other strikers Tevez and Carroll are still producing the odd goal here and there.
Maybe Crouch - he scores for England doesn't he...but will he get in the Spurs team..

Ray -im tempted to go slightly furthwr down the table for another striker -they have all to play for coming up to the New Year transfer window.Think I may keep Carroll as he has been very consistent but im going to bin Bergatov as well -as ive waited a few weeks for a result.Might draft Terez back in -I had him orignally then he got injured and i forgot to put him back in.
I could have a lot of fun with my defenders if i ditch Drogbha -think i'll draft Alex in again -shouldnt have ditched him in the first place he has been consistent.
Hmm -still going a wee bit farther down the table to see who dont have time to be complacent but have a chance if they knuckle down.

Not even halfway through the first day of the month and that's 3 of my transfers for the month used up.

Dagnabit, one of those transfers I made was to bring in Alex of Chelsea and now he's only gone and had an operation that will keep him out for 2 months. So that's another transfer used up, only 1 left for the whole of the month.

Hard luck Bibble.....I transfered Nani in, and the Blackpool - Man United game was postponed.
I managed to get two goals today from the old reliables - Drogba and Tevez and maybe Carroll can add to it tomorrow. Also Kompany kept a clean sheet - think I might have 23 points which should be enough to retain the leadership.
How did everybody else get on ?
