Scandalous really, supposed to be inclusive are they not, at the BBC. No disabled presenter (who appear to make up half the drivers around here, judging by the number of blue badge holders).

Couldn't agree more, Togo.

I still can't decide if it's still going to have a little bit of the old TG lunacy (Chris Evans and Sabine Schmitz at Laguna Seca suggest it will), or Auntie has decided that the programme should revert back to it's old format of road-testing more sensible cars, with a glimpse of the odd Supercar/Hypercar thrown in, to keep viewers happy.

Top Gear – formerly fronted by Jeremy Clarkson , James May and Richard Hammond – rakes in £50million a year in overseas sales and BBC Worldwide is keen to ensure Evans’ version is seen by as many viewers as possible.

Top Gear could be moved to BBC 1 next year.
