Well done Justin Rose.Perhaps now BBC will talk about somebody else rather than Sir Bradley Wiggins.I was beginning to think he was riding all four bikes and was our only competitor at the Olympics.

I think they've been talking about loads of British athletes apart from Brad. He is amazing, but there is another cyclist, who threatens his lead of medals, who has been mentioned a lot.

Justin Rose did well to win in the golf. I'm not a golf fan, but it's good to get another gold medal for GB. I don't think he'll be talked about an awful lot because golf isn't a traditional Olympic sport, and who cares about golf anyway? :)

I was slightly exaggerating but the BBC do tend to go overboard.I now realise why some people find Clare Balding annoying.When she used to do Horse racing on BBC with Willie Carson I thought she was very good but she has become a victim of BBC's tendency to overkill on sports.
