Not Done An Update

For a while and I know most like to know how I’m doing so....

As most of you will know I’m still alive - go me!

I had a set back in my diabetes yesterday my hbA1c has gone up 4% but truth be told I am not surprised is September and October and the stress I was put under played a major role there but today is a new day and I’m doing well and I aim to bring the little blighter down by January when I’m in clinic next.

Toes average! Cyst peaceful (thank goodness) may be lactose intolerant - waiting for testing. It’s troublesome but not bloating so happy and have normal figure back.

And...left eye had a final round of laser yesterday for Retinopathy - final because there is NO room to do anymore. It was painful - most I’ve ever experienced during treatment as the areas to be done are super sensitive. I cried and I never cry that much when I’m in pain. But as long as I don’t require any more I’m happy :)

It is indeed a half way point but there is something I want and in order to achieve it I need to be as tip top as I can be...

Mamya- no kidding yesterday was bad, like really bad. The doctor felt so bad she gave me a hug and wouldn’t let me leave until she was sure I was ok. Which is nice, she did warn me it would be sore but I never thought it would be that bad.

It was horrid but today started last night - upped the insulin as suggested and today has been AMAZING! This is my plan and I’m sticking to it! I’m winning diabetes is well losing :) xx
