Saturday Punt 15/06/2019

Well the rain stopped but it is still windy and cold. Will have to spend an hour or so tidying up the damage done to my veg plot, and the tubs and pots. Important things first though...…..a punt is sorted. Nothing too ambitious bearing in mind that it is Royal Ascot next week, so keep my powder dry for that. Bit of each way thievery is called for with a nod to horses that can run wearing wellies. Good luck to all who "have a go".

All to place = £63, all to win = £44,918. For the ITV 7 proper, i've chosen; Arctic Fox, Street Parade, Lord Oberon, Gabrial The One, Mekong, Greenside and Moraawed. All to place = £127, all to win = £134,146.
I've compiled my Lucky 15 from those as follows;
1.50 Y; Arctic Fox @ 9/2
2.25 Y; Lord Oberon @ 8/1
3.15 S; Greenside @ 5/1
3.35 Y; Moraawed @ 6/1
Win singles, 20p L15, £1 e.w. acca. 4 placed = £30, 4 winners = £2,316
Most likely do a few rev f/cs and placepots, too. No football means i have a bit extra to give the bookies which may please them so much, they'll lend me some of it back :-)
I've booked myself in for a 6 day decorating job, starting Wed, totally forgetting about the Royal meeting. Fortunately the client, who is a friend of mine, also loves a bet and will show me how to operate his tv (he's on his jollies while i'm decorating his pad). So, if my selections are doing well, i may be sat down for much of the afternoon and the 6 day job may turn out to be a bit longer. He doesn't come back until the beginning of July, so plenty of time :-)

Just the one winner for me, too, Togo.Managed a couple in another bet and still have 4 to come in the late races. It's always that much harder when you're trying to 2nd guess the trainer's belief that their horses will handle the conditions:-( Ta for the heads up on the Fahey runner, shall certainly look out for it. He usually sends a few down there. How many has Bill Ward sent over this year?
Gollob; one for you to look out for; Slippy Willy - always goes in. And one to swerve; Cat's Rrrrs - always getting licked :-)
