You boys will have to get up earlier at this time of year. Unless we stick to the all-weather. ;-)

Ah well said the soul. That was my very own Halloween nightmare. Hopeless.

I see Tom Queally is riding in a novice hurdle at Ascot -2.32.
Fair play to him. Must be like owning the factory, then returning to sweep the floor.
Was going to do Saint Leo at Ayr, 2:52. I think the owners own the course. ( probably wrong). But it seems to have been the subject of a gamble, probably won't bother now.
That leaves Flammarion in the bumper, Ayr 4:02.
Just like the trainer, O'Meara. Must be a rare 'jump' runner for him. (I'm guessing)

Gerrcha....Up at the crack of dawn here Spice. Just keeping my powder dry to see whether there are any non runners or meetings off due to bad weather or for panned emic reasons. Plus been busy sorting out a stable of N.H. horses for the coming months. Already earmarked Envoi Allen for Cheltenham and Easyland for the National. Bit of a potpourri of racing today ... Spice. Get back when I have put my dosh down.
Already had a winner, Spice. Urban Violet in the opener at HQ. Can't beat experience and Buick is the only pilot who can boast a 20% success rate on his Newmarket rides. Never looked like losing :-)
2.45 W; Lisnagar Oscar @ 9/2
3.05 A; Dear Sire @ 10/1
3.20 W; Ballyoptic @ 8/1
3.40 A; Valtor @ 11/2
20p Lucky 15, £1 e.w. acca. 4 placed = £31, 4 winners = £4,740.
Will decide later whether this is my main bet (and therefore warranting 4 x £5 wins). Not looked at all the cards just yet.
ITV 7; The 4 above plus; Amoola Gold, Verdana Blue and The Storyteller (£2 win). Take out Verdana Blue and i've done a £1 e.w. acca.
Best of luck, chaps :-)

Not all that much better at this end, Togo. Just the 2 win singles and a little double up in a trixie. Oh, plus a 2-1 correct score result in my usual Sat Patent with £2 wins attached - Newport 2-1 @ 8/1 for £22.50 return. Still doesn't cover all today's bets so i/m hoping for a winner or 3 on tonight's a.w. Wolverhampton meeting.
