Today's ITV 7 consists of 4 races from Haydock (1st leg 2.00), 2 from York and 1 from Goodwood.

Had a cople of decent days with a 3/4 in a lucky 15 - Lightning Attack, Arlecchino's Gift and Wake Up Early all winning, fav Fram Rate letting the bet down - for £78.44 on Thursday. Then 2/3 in a Patent yesterday - Rich King 11/2 and Gift of Raaj 28/1 (took 10s) - for £112 back. Third horse Obey The Rules (with the champ on board) didn't read the script.

Made up for the golf, i suppose:-/

The flat season is in full swing now and some very nice races on today. Confined my punt to the ITV7 races to make life simpler. Busy in the garden getting the veg and whatever in. Couldn't resist a little E/W on Mancini @50/1 in the 2.00Haydock. That one never follows the script and the percentages say no chance. Stands to reason doesn't it. **** E/W Acca, Doubles, Trebles. ⁕⁕⁕ Win Trixie. Good Luck if you are having a flutter.

At the risk of repeating myself ad nauseum, these are not tips. They are merely my selections.
2 winners in the 50p L15 bet, 2 winners in my name bet, 2 winners in the Goodwood bet and 1 winner in the Patent. Just short of £100 returned from a stake of £32. Not bad for an hours studying, fanny.
