Today's ITV7 consists of 3 races from HQ (1st leg 2.40), 2 from Ascot and 3 from the Knavesmire.
Look out for a rather handsome chap wearing the Claret and Blue and fist-thumping everytime one of my winners passes the post.
Alternatively, look out for the chap wearing the Claret and Blue, looking all forlorn and shaking his head in bewilderment as he rips up his betting slips.
