Sandown (1st leg @ 1.50) and Aintree provide the ITV7 races, today. A cursory glance shows me there are 4 handicaps within those 7 races, all with an adequate number of runners for e.w. purposes. As at time of posting, of course.

Not much confidence behind today's selections given the heavy going, hence minimum stakes. However, i have tried to stay with those animals that don't mind getting their hooves a tad mucky;

Same thoughts as you there Ken small stakes all round and more fingers crossed than anything. ITV7 done cos you have to and two punts. One a long odds pop shot that has 3 of the horses that my SL stable has flagged up as runners. Odds on left out of the flutters. Good Luck.
