He should certainly be charged with sending pornographic images to a colleague. While it says the female is 'unknown', no doubt he told his colleagues who she is. No good bragging about what he did if he doesn't add a little detail to his video.

His 'retirement' is definitely no loss to the police force.

With over 170K officers its hardly surprising there will be bad apples. Probably similar happened but without tech it was able to be covered up to kept to a small circle.

The important thing is that when found out they are sacked immediately.
