There is an ITV7 today with a jackpot of £10K. First leg is the 1.40 Chepstow (2 more races inc Welsh National), and there are 3 races from Kempton with the usual trip across to Ireland for one at Leopardstown.

2.20 Leo;  Pinot Gris @ 6/1 - 6 places

2.50 Che;  Val Dancer @ 10/1 - 5 places

3.08 Kem; Dreaming Blue @ 7/1 - 4 places

30p R Robin, 2 x £1 e.w. trebles. 3 placed = just shy of £30, 3 winners = £1,430.

Had a £5 free bet with Sky due to expire at midnight, so i've put it on Val Dancer @ 8/1.

ITV7; above 3 qualifiers, plus;  Opec, Sir Gino*, Phantomofthepoints and Martator.

* = Omitted from
£1 e.w. acca.

Also done the usual bet with the following 4 horses;

Perculator, Della Casa Lunga, Dr TJ Eckleburg and Aucunrisque for a poss £69 e.w., £9.736 win.

Best of luck, all.

Good performances yesterday from Jukebox Man and Constitution Hill, but the best os all was Townsend's riding in the King George. I could do with a good show myself today.

I was a little worried about Banbridge, at the back, a couple of mistakes, first time at a longer distance. Then he's a bit more prominent on the outside, taking the lead at the last and romping home.

Only led on the run in after looking cooked on the first circuit. A masterful ride by Townsend.

Just took advantage of Sky's offer of evens on Sir Gino. Never in doubt on it's chase debut.

While Pinot Gris was only beten by a neck, Dreaming Blue held on to a place by just a nose to give me £34,57 place & win money in the R Robin. Val Dancer gave me £40 - not too shabby for a freebie. Sir Gino romped home (£10 @ evens),and just the one winner in the lucky 15.

More than trebled my stake of £26 with £96,77 returned. First half decent day i've had on the nags for about 10 days. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.
