Is the prize money won at The Masters a secret? It is of interest to know how much Sandy Lyle won.

No of course it isn't. Try Googling "The Masters" / "The U.S. Masters 2009" etc etc, and somewhere in amongst it, you'll find details of the prize money.

For example, the winner go $1,350,000.

It breaks down the prize money as far as last place, i.e.50th who got $18,900.

I know Sandy Lyle finished 2 under par but am not certain exactly what position he finished.

At a rough guess, he was around 25th place which would have netted him about $66,000.
