Fed up with mobile phones. First thing, when the plane lands, out come the mobile phones"We're here!" Makes my blood boil.
Andrew Marr show on Sunday General Sir Richard someone or other.mobile went off twice during the interval. Interviewer lost interest and was clearly displeased.

This afternoon 1-1at snooker, 3rd crucial game and his bl00dy wife phoned him on his mobile. The "twittered on" for 10 minutes about bu99er all.

I made my disgust quite clear...is she being burgled, is she being raped, is she dying and if the answer to all the questions is NO, then get off the bleedin thing.
It took them 5mins to say goodbye.

Ban mobile phones.

Your right Sqad, they are a curse when trying to have a conversion or on a night out and 99% of the calls are unnecessary.

What makes me laugh, the people always seem to walk up and down or in a circle with their mobile elbow sticking out, they look so stupid!

The interview on the Andrew Marr show was interesting but completely RUINED.

McCluff .....bl00dy typical....but you have forgotten the "gormless look" on your face plus the unruly kids running all over the place and the chewing gum in your mouth. ipod in in one ear and mobile in the other.
Although there is plenty in the ears, there is very little between them.

Couldn't agree more with you Squad !! Although I do think that it is great Technology and Mobiles are a great step forward in Communication and can be Life Savers.
The amount of time spent, not to mention the Costs on mundane meaningless Chitchat is astronomical and clogs up the Airwaves. My Policy is to make calls to friends when it is necessary and only then otherwise my Phone Bill would go through the roof. :o)

My mobile is very important to me but I'm very good at losing it.

I don't see why the tension over a phone call during a snooker game, it's wasn't very important... Not like football or rugby or something interesting like that.

Bad manners chatting on your mobile at the dinner table though... Unless it's to ask someone to bring the salt and pepper in from the kitchen before settling down to watch dinner in front of the telly. That'd be acceptable.
