Will you go? If not, what events do you follow on tv?

I'll be following the track cycling, athletics and swimming... but mainly the track cycling...

Here's a pic of GB track cyclist Victoria Pendleton in action:

And here's a pic of 'Victoria' winning an award for something or other:

Here's one of 'Vicky' doing what she does best. Bless her, she looks absolutely exhausted:

So what events do you watch/follow? If anyone says Synchronised Swimming they will be asked to leave the thread.

They're introducing Men's Synchronised Swimming...

Hammer? Discus? Archery? I wouldn't bother... I could watch a bit of pole vault though...
I'm guessing if Vicky did sychronised swimming that would become part of your favs snags!!!

I'll be following the equestrian stuff.
Darts
...and no I won't be going to watch it as London prices are a rip-off at the best of times so for the Olympics the hotel prices will be ridiculous, and that's before the £200.00 plus train fare to get there....

Forgot about the rowing... I'll follow that too...

Gymnastics anyone? What about that 'prancing about with a bit of string on a stick'?
it was like a wet paint sign snags, what did you expect
I am considering renting my house out though - it being on a direct line to the Olympic village. Could make some wonga.
Footie, ladies beach volleyball :-p and some of the track events.
no the rhythmic gymnastics don't do it for me either snags.......though I would PMSL at men doing it.....
