My neighbour has complained about the manner in which the fence has been erected. We have attached to the existing concrete posts wooden posts to allow for the great distance between existing concrte uprights which are far bigger than the width of our new fencing panels. To the wooden uprights we have screwed parallel boards at the top, middle and bottom in order for new fencing to be attached to this. The new fence is brown but we have put replacemant creosote on to preserve it, so have on my neighbours side different coloured wood, she is complaining about this and the wood we used to do the parallel boards, please tell me my rights, all of the said fencing, parallel boards and uprights are on my land..
