Thats bloody Lancashire lad and the real enemy - you have to really go back into the depths of Yorkshire history

sorry steve should have known better..:-)
someone playing there could be registered for Yorkshire, Lancashire or Cumbria as the ground risks being a base for all three- it pisses Tykes off as they see it as their own but no longer is.

The ground is now one of the homes of another county team - they only played one 1st class match there but plenty of 2nd XI games.....home to a number of famous rugby players too.
that sounds like the Oval, steve, at first guess.....and along the same lines of my question.
OK which County ground has a tree growing on the pitch?
Did have I believe.....didnt lightening take it out....
ooh didn't know that - it's still showing in photos on their website..
