Josh Lewsey is not in the England squad - he retired from rugby at the end of the 2008-09 season but returned to play for his former club,Wasps, on a short term contract in March 2011. In the interim has been working full-time as a management consultant for an accountancy firm as well making an attempt on Everest.

well I'm still backing NZ... you could have used that same excuse for Spain a few times before the last football WC.
NZ in their own back yard, I think, will be just too good.

I'll back NZ too. The most experienced All Blacks team ever selected for a World Cup and on current form they are the team to beat but who knows what will happen: if Carter gets injured it could really balls up their campaign.
