With regards to Paula's funny marathon moment, i was under the impression that it was a number 1. However Kelly Holmes mentioned food, so was it number 2. It was quite funny though and full marks to Paula. On a serious note would Joe Public be liable to a fine/ASBO if caught in such an act??. Kelly Holmes mentioned that 'if you have to go you have to go'. Can i use this defense after a night out and caught urinating on the streets??. Or is it just OK for some!!

I believe that techinically it is only pregnant women and children under five who can pee in the gutter without being fined or prosecuted.

It's down to the cops' discretion apparently whether or not they let you away with it.

If you're really drunk, peeing in a lane and have a half eaten Snickers in your pocket when the police catch you, then you get away with it as you can say that you are "in the middle of a Marathon"

Geddit !?!! Oh, I'm hilarious me.

Not every criminal act is prosecuted.

I get spat at quite a lot - the second hoick is never as surprising as the first - and I tend to think oh back off life is too short to take this seriously, howver spit at a policeman.....

Andy, it was actually a number 2, due to her eating too much the night before and having stomach cramps
