That's exactly my point DrF, I'm not saying Suarez should not be banned, he shouldn't be doing things like that so if the law says he can't then he should be punished, but you can't ban one person and let another get away with the same, or even worse, support someone who has done worse! The FA are a joke!
It was the same when Javier Mascherano was sent off against United, supposedly the respect campaign came in, that sending off was the first and last of that little game! Clarity and continuity isn't too much to ask is it?

I want the FA to treat people fairly. If there is nothing in place now to say this action will lead to a ban then he should not be banned, if there is then we should know why others haven't been charged similarly. They can't just decide that this time they're going to take action when before they didn't.

Dalglish wasn't defending racism, that's ridiculous. Partice Evra is a lying tw^t, he used the last card in the pack (racist abuse) because he kept getting bent over by Suarez. He was the french teams "shop steward" during last years world cup when they threw their toys out of the pram. He is morally weak and lacks courage. Even Man U players have admitted that they didn't hear Suarez use racist language. Manchester Uniteds Chief exec David Gill is a very influential member of the FA board. Its also worth remembering that the FA have witheld vital information about the case. Fancy another deal breaker? Suarez grandfather is black!!!!

It doesn't prove anything, however Suarez isn't the leader of a right-wing political party. He is a successful professional footballer and as such his skillful abilities make him an easy target for the opposition, especially players he runs rings round, in this case Evra. I'm not trying to turn this into a conspiracy theory but there are still questions that need to be answered by the FA. But Suarez isn't a racist!!

Now that I will accept, being a Liverpool supporter myself I will even go as far as saying he can be selfish, greedy and has a tendency to take a poor shot when other players in better positions could have a better chance of scoring. you do know it was Affellay doing the diving don't you? It was Suarez shouting at him, don't see what's wrong with Suarez's actions in that!
And Messi, saying Dalglish is defending racism is just plain daft, he's defending Suarez as he (most likely) believes that what Suarez said was not meant in a racist manner, as does Gus Poyet and seemingly, as does his team mate Glenn Johnson. But let's not let people who actually know his let us sway our judgement, the media have him pinned as a racist so let's just go on that eh!?

Gestures go on all the time and most go unreported, and having attended loads of Matches myself much of it is harmless 'banter' with opposing Fans.
It would be far better if the Media concentrated on Serious issues rather than trivialities.
