Homemade seafishing bait?

Hi guys,

I'm planning on going sea fishing tomorrow morning before low tide hits but unfortunately have no bait and the shop wont be open at 7.30 - 8 in the morning. Any ideas what I can use that isn't from the shop?

If possible that crabs wont eat, fed up catching them as I'm fishing off a harbour.
