At the time I was involved in the betting industry. The whole business knew details of the attempted coup long, long before the off and my friends and I made a nice few bob by placing moderate bets on what was the surest of “dead certs” we had encountered around that time.

I’ve no tips for Cartmel on 4th June but I’ll keep my ear to the ground to see if anything like the “Gay Future” opportunity arises again !!
