What are you going to watch?

I'd watch ...

1. Mens 400m final

(400m is the greatest track event, and I can't wait for Christine Ohuruogu to go head to head with Sanya Richards-Ross)

2. Womens 4 x 400m final

(the greatest team event, and we won Gold at the World Indoors in March, so we can whup the USA's butts)

3. Womens cycling Match Sprint final

(the final should feature Victoria Pendleton and Anna Meares (the Aussie) and I think will be THE clash of the Games - way bigger than the clash between Usain Bolt and Yohan Blake)

The Mens 4x4 will be good, MT.

It's just a shame that the US are so dominant ... in 22 Olympics, they've won it 17 times. But I think we have have a chance of a Silver this year. It would be our first medal since Atlanta.

mickrog ... I have reservations about Tennis as an Olympic sport. Would Sharapova prefer to win the Olympics, or Wimbledon?

The hop skip and jump final is on 9th August.

Phillip Idowu got Silver in Beijing, didn't he. But he's not been in great form this year. If he can beat Christian Taylor, that will be quite an achievement.

Wimbledon without a doubt jj....as would all. I,too,have reservations, but am just looking at it as an extra chance of seeing some more grass play.BTW totally agree re the ladies cycling sprint.
