I am interested in the Olympics and I feel pride that we have brought them to the UK. The teams are representing us as Brits. I am a very proud Welshman but for the purpose of these games I am proud to be British, not English, and as such am a great supporter of Her Maesty the Queen and all she stands for.
As it happens I have no interest at all in football, but I am mortified that Ryan GIGGS, who is a Welshman has refused to sing the Natonal anthem of 'our' Country because he is Welsh . Yes, you plonker you are Welsh and that means you are British and lead the British team as a Brit - BECAUSE you are Welsh and thus qualify as a Brit.
Nobody is more proud to be Welsh than me, even though I have lived in England for nearly fifty years, but Giggs is wrong ad should be made fully aware of that by those that can.
