If I were to watch one again it would be he opening. I know the closing didn`t have the time given to the organisation of the opening and, though I enjoyed it, the closing lacked Danny Boyle.

The opening ceremony was great, the closing one less so - it went on too long - if they had ended it with the Take That song it woulod have been much better, IMO.

Loved both equally, but suppose I enjoyed the closing one most because of the music and the lack of McCartney. Elbow made it for me.

thought they were both quite good, the opening one was rather to much like a history lesson for me and the closing one was a bit to long, but I was so glad Paul McCartney was not there, I felt so embarrased for him at the Diamond Jubilee concert, its so sad when they don't know they've lost it.

I'm no fan of popular music but found both the opening and closing ceremonies very exciting and moving, oh, and I loved everything in between too. Think I'm having withdrawl symptoms now it's back to Bargain Hunt with my lunch and Pointless with tea!
