My housemate
I share a rented house with two boys and two girls. One of the boys, S, is a ladies' man. He is very good-looking ( good luck to him) and is in the enviable position of having girls approach him when he's out and about etc. Despite having a girlfriend living abroad, whom he is joining for good in September, he is meeting women almost every week for one-night stands, and often brings them home. Although I'm not the Hunchback of Notre Dame, I don't possess the same..pulling power. Am trying as hard as I can not to be jealous, but it's a struggle sometimes, especially as I (as a single man) have no partner at the moment, and to be honest am not into treating women like dirt. It's even more difficult when he boasts about his latest conquest (in all too graphic detail). I just feel that I should either be keeping up with him, and that when we go out he gets all the attention. Any thoughts?

He may have the pulling power as you put it but all he is getting from it is one night stands... the women don't hang around. If its a relationship you are after then mayeb you should stop going out clubbing with your friend and start going to differnt social events. There is more than one way to meet someone. If I was you I wouldn't be jealous of your friend, it sounds like you have a lot more than he ever will. It's not hard to find someone who is up for a one night stand, its having a relationship that takes work. If your friend is making you feel uncomfortable then pull back from going out with him so much and try and mix with people who make you feel good about yourself. And I would tell him that you do not need to know all his sick details.
Good luck hun. You are more mature than you know.
xx
well said kazzee, i was just about to say the same! what kind of morals does he have, and how can you do that while in a relationship, and god knows what he could pick up! He deserves his gf finding out what he is really like (presuming she stays faithful)
you sound like such a nice man, most women would go for someone who is nice and dependable, not someone who cant keep their manhood in their pants!
This will all catch up with him, you know. He will get herpes or worse, and that will serve him right! Good looks don't last forever, and he will probably lose his girlfriend as he cannot be faithful. He will probably end up having a string of unfulfilling image-based one night stands, and then end up alone. Whereas you sound lovely, you will meet someone perfrct for you, and be very happy.
There you go- that's my prediction!!x
just imagin how hard its gonna be when he meets the woman of his dreams & he has to tell her how many women hes been with!
i used to work with a guy who was like your housemate his 'proper' girlfriend lived in ireland & he planned to move there when they got married. he also had a gilfriend a work & countless women on the sides. 2 weeks after he moved to ireland they split. he is now bk over here sleepin on mates floors, joblesss, single with a nasty std!
when you stop lookin you'll find someone trust me.
